fastdnaml software package provides Tool for construction of phylogenetic trees of DNA sequences, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fastdnaml
fastdnaml is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fastdnaml package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fastdnaml *
You will get with fastdnaml package name, version, architecture and description in a table
